City of Alexandria Announces 2008 Summer Concert Schedule

The City’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is sponsoring the following concerts during the months of June, July and August 2008. All of the performances are free and may be canceled due to inclement weather. For up to date schedule information, call the Special Events Hotline at 703.883.4686 or visit alexandriava.gov/recreation.

The schedule is as follows:

August 14  All Scottish Night (Traditional Scottish) *
August 21 Little Theatre of Alexandria Presents “1776” (Theatrical Performance) *
