The Community Organization Grant provides up to $1,000 in assistance to a nonprofit organization in the City of Alexandria for its efforts to remove barriers and extend services to persons with disabilities.
The Gerry Bertier Scholarship awards up to a $1,500 merit-based scholarship to a City of Alexandria resident with a disability or to a student at a school located in the City of Alexandria who seeks post-secondary education.
