The Alexandria Convention & Visitors Association Invites Public To Participate In Survey About “Your Alexandria” Alexandria’s tourism and hospitality industry is experiencing exciting changes these days and the Alexandria Convention and Visitors Association (ACVA) wants to use this exciting time of change to hear from Alexandria residents about “your Alexandria.” The ACVA invites Alexandria’s residents to visit www.myalexandriava.com to take a brief online survey about their perceptions of Alexandria as a travel destination. The information will provide helpful feedback and become part of the ACVA’s ongoing research and planning for future marketing programs. Alexandria’s unique role in America’s history and cultural legacy continues to set it apart as a travel destination for visitors who come from around the region and the world to see its attractions. The City’s historic districts and surrounding neighborhoods offer architecture that is unmatched other places. ACVA wants to learn from Alexandria’s own residents what they believe makes the City a great place to visit. The public is invited to participate in the survey by submitting their online responses at www.myalexandriava.com no later than November 25. For more information, please contact Laura Overstreet at 703.838.4200 ext.206, or e-mail loverstreet@alexandria.travel. # # |
