Alexandria Library Requests Patrons Complete A Satisfaction Survey

The Alexandria Library is conducting its satisfaction survey through Wednesday, June 13. For the first time, the survey will be available to be completed online, in both English and Spanish. Patrons at any of the four branches can also complete paper versions of the survey.

Historically, the survey is conducted every two years. This year, the survey contains 21 questions while the last survey contained 19. Two years ago, more than 600 surveys were completed.

The Library uses the results from its surveys in updating its strategic plans.
