Alexandria Police Investigate Missing Person Case

Alexandria police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing endangered man. James W. Cisco was last seen on Wednesday, May 9, at about 10:00 a.m., in the 200 block of Yoakum Parkway, where he lives with family members.

Mr. Cisco is a medium-skinned black male, 83-years old, 5’6”, 130 lbs, with brown eyes. He is balding. Mr. Cisco was last seen wearing brown pants, a long-sleeve button-down brown shirt and black shoes. He also wears silver wire-rim eyeglasses.

Mr. Cisco was last seen leaving his residence in his beige 2004 Ford Focus Station wagon with Virginia tags JNJ-6714. Mr. Cisco reportedly suffers from symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and requires medication.
