City of Alexandria Schedules Community Meeting On March 28
To Discuss Proposal for Soft Playroom at Chinquapin Park Recreation Center

The public is invited to attend a community meeting to discuss a proposal to convert a racquetball court to a soft playroom at the Chinquapin Park Recreation Center. The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Chinquapin Park Recreation Center, located at 3210 King St, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the possible conversion of one racquetball court to a soft playroom for preschool children. Staff from the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities will present ideas for the conversion of the racquetball court to a soft playroom.
