CITY OF ALEXANDRIA SCHEDULES NOVEMBER 29 COMMUNITY MEETING
ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO MASON AVENUE PARK PLAYGROUND

The public is invited to attend a community meeting to discuss proposed improvements to the Mason Avenue Park playground, located at 10 E. Monroe Ave. in Del Ray. The meeting will be held at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at the Mount Vernon Recreation Center, 2701 Commonwealth Ave.

During the meeting, Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities staff will present concept plans and playground equipment options for the playground’s proposed renovation.

Persons who are unable to attend the community meeting can send written comments to the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities, Attention: Judy Lo, 1108 Jefferson St., Alexandria, VA 22314.
