Alexandria Park and Recreation Commission Holds
Public Hearing for City’s Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities FY 2008 Budget
Regular Commission Meeting Follows Public Hearing

The Alexandria Park and Recreation Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments and suggestions for the FY 2008 budget of the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities on Thursday, July 20, at 7 pm at the Lee Center, 1108 Jefferson St. City staff will present an overview of the current budget prior to the beginning of the hearing. A regular meeting of the commission will follow the public hearing.

Persons who are unable to attend the public hearing can send written comments to: Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities, Attention: Director’s Office, 1108 Jefferson St., Alexandria, VA 22314.
