City of Alexandria Joins Holmes Run Park Committee
And Brookville-Seminary Valley Civic Association
For Clean Up of Holmes Run Stream

The City of Alexandria will join the Holmes Run Park Committee and the Brookville-Seminary Valley Civic Association in cleaning up the Holmes Run Stream in observance of May as Watershed Awareness Month. The clean up will take place on Saturday, May 6, from 10 am to 1 pm. Participants will meet at the Beatley Pedestrian Bridge, which is located over the Holmes Run Stream at the intersection of N. Pickett Street and Holmes Run Parkway. The rain date for the event is Saturday, May 13.
