Public Invited to Attend Community Meeting
On Proposed Mason Avenue Park Playground’s Renovation

The public is invited to attend a community meeting to discuss proposed improvements to the Mason Avenue Park playground that is located at 10 E. Monroe Ave. in the Del Ray section of Alexandria. The meeting will be held at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, March 29, at the Mount Vernon Community School, 2601 Commonwealth Ave.

During the meeting, attendees will give input and suggestions on play equipment for the playground. City of Alexandria staff will provide an overview of the project and outline the public process for community input as the proposal moves forward. The playground’s renovation is scheduled for this summer.
