City of Alexandria Accepts Applications for
2006 Youth Baseball & Softball Leagues

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is accepting applications for its 2006 Baseball and Softball Leagues for boys and girls, ages 5 to 16. The registration fee is $15 per child, and participants must be City residents. League age is determined by the age of the participant as of April 30.

C Girls Softball (The registration deadline is March 15.)

C Coach Pitch Softball - Rookie Division (Ages 7 - 8)

C National Fast Pitch Softball League (Ages 9 - 11)

C American Fast Pitch Softball League (Ages 12 - 16)

C Developmental Baseball (The registration deadline is March 15.)

C Coed T-Ball Division (Ages 5 - 7)

C Coach Pitch Baseball - Rookie Division (Ages 7 - 8)

• Alexandria Little League Baseball:
Minor AA Division (Ages 8 - 10) (The registration deadline is Feb. 10.)
Majors I & II Divisions - (Ages 9 - 12) (The registration deadline is Feb. 3.)
Junior Major Division (Ages 13 - 15) (The registration deadline is March 15.)
