And William Ramsay Elementary School Renovation and Expansion

The dedication ceremony for the newly renovated and expanded Jerome “Buddie” Ford Nature Center and William Ramsay Elementary School is scheduled for 8:30 am on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 5750 Sanger Ave. In addition to the dedication, activities will include facility tours, a basket making presentation, and a live Red-tailed Hawk Exhibition.

At the time of his retirement, Mr. Ford was the Special Programs Division Chief for the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities. The Nature Center was one of several programs in his division.
