The Alexandria Library Surveys Patrons
The Alexandria Library is surveying its patrons and City residents to document their overall satisfaction with the Library and their use of Library services and materials. The results of the survey will be used to develop the Library's five year plan.

Results of the survey and a draft of the Library's five year plan will be presented at a public meeting in the Charles Beatley Library meeting room on April 11. During this meeting, the public will be invited to provide additional input. Surveys in English and Spanish can be picked up through Feb. 28 at all four branches: Barrett Library, 717 Queen St. in Old Town; Beatley Central, 5005 Duke St.; Burke Branch, 4701 Seminary Road; and Duncan Branch, temporarily located at 3809 Mt. Vernon Ave. in Arlandria. The survey results will assist Library staff to build collections and improve services. A printable survey is also available on the website: www.alexandria.lib.va.us.
