Alexandria Commission on Persons with Disabilities

Holds Awards Ceremony

The Alexandria Commission on Persons with Disabilities (ACPD) invites the public to its awards ceremony on Tuesday, June 22 at 6 pm in the Vola Lawson Lobby of City Hall, 301 King St. Refreshments will be served.

The ceremony honors Beverly C. Steele, recipient of the John Duty Collins III Outstanding Advocate Award. Steele, Special Projects Coordinator with the City of Alexandria, retired April 1, 2004, after 30 years with the City.
