Alexandria Celebrates National Youth Service Day The City of Alexandria will honor students for their contributions as volunteers and members of the Alexandria Youth Council at an awards reception for National Youth Service Day on May 17 from 6 to 7 pm in the Vola Lawson Lobby of City Hall, 302 King St. The event highlights the positive contributions that young people make to the Alexandria community.
