Charles Houston Recreation Center Renovation/Expansion
Is Topic of Public Meeting

The Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities will hold a Public Meeting on the renovation/expansion of the Charles Houston Recreation Center on April 29, at 7 pm, at the Charles Houston Recreation Center, 905 Wythe St.

City residents are invited to attend and to offer suggestions for the project. The meeting is part of a series of community project meetings that will be held this year to provide residents an opportunity to participate in the planning process for the renovation/expansion of the facility. Residents who are unable to attend this meeting are encouraged to send their written comments to the Capital Projects Division of the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities, 1108 Jefferson St., Alexandria, VA 22314.
