Alexandria All Eyes Program Continues
Second Year Anniversary Provides City with High Quality of Life

This summer marks the second anniversary of the All Eyes Program, implemented and designed by the City of Alexandria to maintain and improve the quality of life for Alexandria residents and City workers. It is a collaboration between citizens and City workers to observe needed corrections throughout the City and to arrange for repairs.

The All Eyes Program identifies problems such as damaged or broken property and fixtures, noise violations, graffiti, fallen trees, potholes, code violations, improper trash disposal, abandoned autos, and property violations.

The City has identified three ways its employees can learn about needed corrections or repairs: through their own observation; through a comment or complaint made by a citizen in person, over the phone or in an e-mail; or through a report from a civic association or City board or commission. Employees from every City department make up the core group of the All Eyes Program. When a problem is observed, or reported, the City employee reports it to the appropriate department for quick resolution.

For more information about the All Eyes Program, contact Citizen Assistance at 703.838.4800.
