Alexandria Offers Free Anger Management Classes

The Alexandria Community Resilience, a FEMA-funded program of the Alexandria Community Services Board, will be hosting a free, 12-week course on anger management.

Someone may feel angry for many reasons. This class will teach that with a willingness to explore, you can find a solution to your own personal situation.

Join the12-week class where participants will learn about choices and solutions through interactive exercises and group discussions. The class is appropriate for individuals or couples. Certificates are earned upon completion of the class.

Classes will meet in room 140 at 2355-A Mill Rd., every Tuesday beginning May 20 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
