Meeting Re-Scheduled to Discuss Skatepark

The proposed skatepark for Alexandria will be the topic of a public meeting scheduled for April 2, 6:30 pm, at the Lee Center, 1108 Jefferson St. The Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities has scheduled the meeting to obtain input from youth and teens, but Alexandrians of all ages are encouraged to attend and share their opinions about the skatepark.

The meeting was originally scheduled for February, but was postponed due to inclement weather.
