City of Alexandria to Host Annual
USA/Alexandria Birthday Celebration

Residents and visitors of Alexandria, bring your family, friends and a picnic to the City of Alexandria Annual USA/Alexandria Birthday Celebration on Saturday, July 6, from 6 - 10 pm at the Oronoco Bay Park, 701 N. Lee St. The rain date for fireworks display only is Sunday, July 7.

Events include a performance by the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra, Grande Finale Fireworks Display, City Council Ceremonial Cutting of the Birthday Cakes, and a presentation of Park and Recreation Commission’s Awards. Refreshments and novelties will be on sale at the event, and local exhibits will be on display.
