Recreation Centers Charles Houston, Cora Kelly, Nannie J. Lee, Mount Vernon and William Ramsay Recreation Centers open 9 am - 6 pm; Chinquapin Recreation Center open 6 am - 6 pm; Charles Barrett and Patrick Henry Recreation Centers will be closed.

Police Department Administrative offices closed*

*HOV will be lifted on Route 1 and Washington Street and parking meters will be free. Some parking in Old Town will be restricted for the George Washington Birthday Parade between 10 am and 3 pm
