State government offices - Closed
(Circuit, General, Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts, and Health Department)

Libraries - Closed

Trash collection - delayed one day

DASH Bus - Saturday schedule

Recreation Centers - Charles Houston, Cora Kelly, Mt. Vernon, William Ramsay and Nannie J. Lee - open 9 amn to 6 pm; Chinquapin - open 9 am to 6 pm; Patrick Henry and Charles Barrett - closed

Police Department - administrative offices closed
(HOV will be lifted on Route 1 and Washington Street and parking meters will be free).
