Complete Count Committee Sponsors Census 2000 Awareness Event at Landmark Mall
The City of Alexandria's Complete Count Committee is sponsoring a Census 2000 awareness event on Sunday, February 20, at Landmark Mall in the lower level, Center Court, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There will be a census exhibit, in addition to children’s games, contests and census promotional items designed to increase the public’s awareness of the importance of Census 2000. This event will be the first of two major public outreach activities held in Alexandria to educate citizens about the census.
