Alexandria City Manager Appoints Edward Mandley as Director of General Services
Alexandria, Virginia-Alexandria City Manager Vola Lawson has appointed Edward Mandley to be Director of General Services. Mr. Mandley currently is the Capital Projects Director for the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland, where he manages an extensive building and renovation program for Gaithersburg that includes expansion of its City Hall and other projects valued at more than $6.0 million. He will begin his new position in Alexandria on October 13.
