Question:

How many properties received stormwater fee credits in FY20 and FY21 (separately) for improvements made to their properties? How many were residential (single-family and townhome) and how many were commercial (breaking out multi-family)? Please provide a breakdown on the number and types of actions that were taken in order to receive credits (example; the number of detention facilities, rain barrels, permeable pavements installed etc.) (Vice Mayor Bennett-Parker)

Response:

Since units are billed per calendar year, credits are also recognized per calendar year (CY). In CY 2020, 79 properties received stormwater fee credits, and 40 properties have been approved in CY 2021. Of those approved, 72 and 31 were residential.
