By resuming the King Street Trolley service in September, the City would save $179,000. This would reduce Trolley service by 2,564 platform hours. Each platform hour costs approximately $70. This amounts to a cost of roughly $89,500 per month. To resume Trolley service in July, $179,000 would need to be added back to the FY 2022 budget. Resuming Trolley service in August would cost $89,500.
