Can you please provide detail and timing for the planning, design and Council actions funded from the FY 2019 allocation for the City Hall Renovation project?

The proposed FY 2019 capital funding of $500,000 for the City Hall Renovation & HVAC Replacement Project will focus on the following tasks:

• Complete City Hall Programming & Feasibility Study (February 2018 – September 2018)
• Develop Preliminary Stacking Design Concepts (July 2018 – September 2018)
  
• Present to City Council Programming Options (November 2018)                
• Conduct Rental Analysis for Lease Space (October 2018 – March 2019)
• Complete Building Repairs, as needed, to continue operations (October 2018 – May 2019)
