Can you please provide detail and timing for the planning, design and Council actions funded from the FY 2019 allocation for the City Hall Renovation project?
Response:
The proposed FY 2019 capital funding of $500,000 for the City Hall Renovation & HVAC Replacement Project will focus on the following tasks:
- Complete City Hall Programming & Feasibility Study (February 2018 – September 2018)
- Develop Preliminary Stacking Design Concepts (July 2018 – September 2018)
- Present to City Council Programming Options (November 2018)
- Conduct Rental Analysis for Lease Space (October 2018 – March 2019)
- Complete Building Repairs, as needed, to continue operations (October 2018 – May 2019)
