Can you provide additional information on the $178k required for the courthouse exit sign replacement?

Response:

The Courthouse exit sign replacement includes replacement of all single and double-sided exit signs in the facility. Replacement includes the upgrade of the signs to LED and the replacement and/or repair of the conduit, wire, boxes, connections, and circuit breakers that facilitate the signs.
